Both my key fobs on my Chevy truck have the plastic loop that holds
the fob on the key ring. This is how I fixed mine. Maybe it'll
help you.
What's I used:

Small eye screw

Small drill bit. I used a pin-vice drill

Glue
|

 |

1. I used a small pin-vice I had to drill a small hole into the plastic
case of the fob at the location of the broken plastic. Be careful
not to drill into the circuit board inside the fob.

2. Add some glue to the tip of the screw eye and screw the
eye screw into the hole.

 |
3. When the glue is dried, attached your key ring to the key
fob.
